Meta Integration Privacy Policy

About this policy
Fuel Your Forties operates fuelyourforties.com and the Fuel Your Forties Facebook Page. This policy explains how we handle information through our owner-operated Meta integration, FYF Read Only. It supplements our website Privacy Policy, which addresses visits, purchases and other website services.
FYF Read Only is an internal tool for managing our own Facebook Page, not a public consumer application. Viewing or following our Facebook Page does not authorize the app to access your Facebook account.
Information accessed and why
Through permissions granted by the Page owner, the integration may access:
- Page identity and basic Page information, such as its name and identifier.
- Page-authored posts and content, including text, images, links and associated identifiers or publication details.
- Authorization details and information necessary to carry out and verify owner-approved Page management actions.
We use this information to operate and manage the Fuel Your Forties Facebook Page, read its published content, and prepare and verify owner-approved publishing workflows. When publishing is enabled, actions are limited to those approved by the owner. The integration is not used to access customers' personal Facebook accounts.
Use and sharing limits
We do not sell personal information obtained through this integration, resell Meta data for advertising, or use Meta data for unrelated profiling. Information may be processed by service providers as needed to support these operations or disclosed when required by law. These limits apply specifically to information handled through the FYF Read Only integration.
Security and retention
We take reasonable precautions to protect integration information and credentials, including limiting access to credentials. No security measure can guarantee complete protection.
We retain information only as needed to operate the integration, verify approved actions, maintain relevant operational logs, or meet legal obligations. Records may include Page or post identifiers, verification results and action history. Information is deleted when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
Request deletion of Meta integration information
To request deletion of information associated with the FYF Read Only Meta integration, email 7daymealprepplan@gmail.com with the subject “FYF Meta data deletion,” or use our contact form.
Describe the information you want deleted and provide enough context, such as a relevant public post link, for us to locate it. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other credentials. We may ask for limited additional information to verify the request. We will review the request and delete information under our control where applicable, or explain any information we must retain and why. We will let you know the outcome, including if no matching information is held.
This procedure concerns information held by Fuel Your Forties. It does not delete your Facebook account or information independently held by Meta or Shopify. Requests concerning information held by those providers should be directed to them.
Third-party platforms and contact
Our website is hosted by Shopify, and the integration uses Meta/Facebook services. Those providers handle information under their own privacy practices. You can review Shopify’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s privacy information through Facebook.
